I contracted the purchase of a vacant parcel of land that had been used as a pole yard and gravel pit. We delineated vast amounts of undocumented fill, completed a zone change from industrial to residential, platted the subdivision and sold to a builder with entitlements.

Property was purchase/sold in a double-escrow transaction.
